Total qualified home sales, including single family homes, townhouses, 2-4 units, and condominiums in Chatham
County increased 2.1% in 2018 to a total of 5,279 sales as compared to 5,169 in 2017. The average sale price in a
qualified home transaction in Chatham County was $242,277, an increase of 2.2% as compared to the 2017 average
of $240,969.
