The Hispanic/Latino population of any race is 6.6%. As Savannah's population grows, so do the incomes and benefits available to its residents. In the Savannah MSA, the five-year U.S. Census estimate for average household income is $78,554. Average household income is higher in Bryan County ($82,598) and lower in the City of Savannah ($56,370). The Savannah MSA has 54% of its households with income over $50,000, Effingham County has 62%, and Bryan County has 60%, while the comparable figure for the state of Georgia is 53%.
