Constitution Day at Georgia Historical Society

August 24, 2015
On Thursday, Sept. 17, the Georgia Historical Society will celebrate Constitution Day by publicly displaying Abraham Baldwin's draft copy of the U.S. Constitution. Baldwin was one of four Georgia delegates to that convention and one of two signers from Georgia. This is a rare American treasure that will be on display from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. at the Georgia Historical Society at 501 Whitaker Street in Savannah. Admission is free.
